As I am setting up my new Karoo 2, it won’t accept my hammerhead account login credentials.

  Hi Michael, did you create an account on the https://dashboard.hammerhead.io/?

  If you did, please skip the onboarding as explained below and login from Settings > Hammerhead account.

  Steps to skip the Karoo 2 Onboarding process:
  

  • Tap on "ⓘ HELP".
  • You will see a notification with the support url.
  • Press and hold the Pop up window.
  • Select "Skip Onboarding".
  • You will be taken directly to the Home Screen.
