Karoo 2 wifi and syncing
AnsweredHoping someone can advise.
1. Recently I was interstate and each time I started my Karoo 2 it forced me to enter all my account details each time, and I had to enter the wifi password each time as well. I travel interstate for a week each month so this is getting pretty old, pretty quickly. Now I'm home it seems ok and starts up no problem.... however...
2. The timezone interstate is 90 ahead of my home. Now that I'm back home my Karoo 2 is still in the interstate timezone. I've been on four rides this week, I've started the app on my phone, I've plugged the device into my computer and logged onto the Hammerhead site, all to no avail, my Karoo is still 90 minutes ahead. The device is showing 'connected' to my phone and yet the phone is the correct time.
I know the Karoo 2 is reasonably new, but this is getting tiring. As someone else on here mentioned, it feels like a beta device.

Hey Dave, sorry to hear of the issues you're experiencing with your account & time zone data.
I have looked into the ticket raised with support & confirmed Hari is looking into this issue with the software team.
