Long press the bottom right (D) button -> Karoo2 reboots
PlannedThere is one bug, which simply drives me crazy, although I can avoid it - long press the bottom right (D) button to open the list with running apps very often makes my Karoo2 going into reboot.
Does anyone else observe the same behavior?
I was desperately waiting for the MARCH 25, 2021 release with the hope, that it will be fixed, but it's not. Reset, hard-reset via 3 buttons - all this was tried many times. I do not sideload any apps.
Appreciate any feedback from the community.

Just tested this myself with today's release and I confirm I am not experiencing a reboot either.
I performed a factory reset immediately after updating my Karoo 2 and set everything up again. Suggest you try a factory reset first and then open a support ticket if this doesn't work for you.

Thank you guys for the feedback. I have of course, as I mentioned in the original post, tried the reset via the menu and via pressing 3 buttons on the previous build and one from today.
It's super strange to have such discrepancy in the behavior of the same unit. Testing it right now and it's reproducible every single time: Karoo Off -> Long press B to On -> once started long press D -> reboot -> once started long press D -> reboot -> ...What helps is to go to any of the apps, e.g. Rides or Routes and long press D while having the app open, then it works as expected. Also, when I swipe the app to close it and go to the home screen, it seems to mostly work fine afterwards.
So I would say, it happens each time after the restart of device. -
Hey all,
Thanks for bringing this up, @nahvey. We have already identified this and looking into this but we can not call this an issue. I would like to inform you that we are in process of improving the behavior.
If you long-press the button D, it will reboot the unit. However, you can press it long enough for the app switcher. Once you see the app switcher, you can release the button to avoid rebooting.

@Abhishek, thank you for admitting the bugs and not simply saying it's not reproducible. I wish it was consistent and I was always able to see the app switcher before it goes into reboot - it's unfortunately not. Otherwise, you could have even called it a feature and I wouldn't mind it staying like this.
