    This suggests that you are having network connectivity issues between your Karoo and your wireless access point or router.

    Suggest you make sure that wifi is enabled on your Karoo and that you are able to communicate with the Hammerhead web services by creating a simple route in the Dashboard and checking that it syncs down to your Karoo correctly. I'm not sure there can be any other reasons for this not to work.

    Hi Adrian, I suspect it to be what Steve mentioned above. I also checked at the logs of your unit and it did find the  ' Latest OTA' but hasn't downloaded or applied it yet. Please try another network or if the problem persists, do a factory reset.

    I had to reset the device. otherwise no chance to install the update
