Hey guys,

thanks for integrating XERT in the new SW update.

But I think you need to have a look at the calculation of MPA and XSS.

XSS is way too high and MPA is dropping too fast. 
 
During my ride yesterday I also noticed that the Karoo is not showing the Strava live segment tab although the segment was displayed on the map. Today I used the routing function and it all worked fine when approaching a segment. Can anyone confirm this?

  strava segment behave a bit strangely on my last 2 rides with 1.198.1007.3. On my first ride the first segment was advertised but never started. Some of the next segments (from first and second ride) started (orange tab displayed well) but with some delay, like 5-10 seconds.

  related to the strava segment and the new update, I think that because of the new lap/message warnings tabs, few pixels are dedicated to this, such that now, when the orange strava tab is superimposed, it hides a litlle bit the data display above. It is critical for one of them. I ll take a photo and add it to my comment when possible

  I can confirm that Strava Segments are working with the new firmwsre. On my ride today every thing worked like before.
  Calculated XSS is too high. It gave me something like 400 XSS for m ride while Xert calculated 130.

  Thank you for posting your observations! This was a known issue on XERT EBC app around the XSS &MPA numbers being discrepant, We have corrected it and you would be receiving an app update on the XERT app soon :)
  
  @Oliver regarding the behaviors of live segments on the drawer, This is the expected behavior as of now, We are improving this in our future releases by merging the live segments as well on a tab in the drawer :)

  Hi Akhil,

  thanks for your reply and after updating Xert EBC calculation of XSS & MPA seems to be fixed.

  Unfortunately, now I always get the error "XERT EBC  has stopped" once I start the Karoo and after I finish a ride.

  Could you try to uninstall & reinstall the EBC app from the app store and check if it still persists?
