Karoo 2 losing routes and not uploading from Strava

    I saw a similar post about this issue on this topic on Reddit. It seems like disconnecting the Hammerhead from Strava, logging Strava out on all your devices, log in again, connect Strava may solve your issue.

    I don't seem to have any problem syncing routes from Strava to my Karoo 2.

    I have the same problem, unfortunately disconecting and reconnecting accounts or logging in does not help, and while there is no problemwith komoot, with strava still a problem

    Logged out of Karoo and back in and it uploaded the 3 rides that had not loaded to Strava before.

    I can live live with all the bugs and there are many but losing data unforgivable and needs fixing ASAP, roll back software if needed don't leave it like this till next update. Disgusting to have to be dealing with this.

    Same problem.  I used to be able to see routes with an icon to the right indicating how it was created (ie Hammerhead, Strava or downloaded).  Now it just shows Hammerhead routes.

    So I've logged out of Strava and Hammerhead.  Manually disconnected.  Logged back in and reconnected, but still not working.  Repeated this 3 times and closed browser.  Still nothing.

    Back to manually uploading the gpx file.  Shame as this used to work really well a few days ago
