Off-road SLS not syncing

So I just went out on my second ride with the Karoo 2 and found that whilst it synced my road segments, it refuses to sync the vast majority of my off-road segments, most of which are flat or uphill. I got maybe 2 segments of 30 synced. This is useless! I’m really disappointed. Disconnecting and reconnecting my Strava account has no affect. Something is broken in the sync process.

  So my problem is actually that Hammerhead have bizarrely set the limit on Live Segments to 100 segments. I have like 30 in France (which I ride on vacation), and dozens across Scotland. 161 total. I’ve gone in and ditched France, and ditched anything downhill since they don’t sync anyway. I now have 97 live segments, and all my missing segments appeared. So that's good. But I have no space to add anything new.

  Hammerhead, can you please increase the number of Starred segments we can sync. I never had these issues on Wahoo, certainly if they have a limit, I don't know what it is. But 100 is not enough if you cycle long routes across lots of different places. Please.

  Hey Graham,

  Thank you for posting here, Yes indeed we do have a limit on the number of segments you can sync on to the Karoo, We have been getting requests from a few other users as well to increase the limit, Our product team is aware of this suggestion and based on the volume of such requests and developer effort this can be prioritized into implementation on the software :)

  I do understand that this can be cumbersome, I would suggest you to sync the segments based on the region that you are riding through!
