After my question regarding not being abble turning off tbt information. Still not solved. Yesterday the karoo completly crashed because it was out off memory. I always have around 4gb availeble but now it was completly full. During the ride i couldnt solve it. So no navigation anymore. At home i needed to do a hard reset. Lost all my data and was disapointed i couldnt do the whole route. Please give me the ability to downgrade to previous firmware. This one is buggy and sucks

  A few things here:

  1. You don't say if you if you're using a Karoo 1 or Karoo 2
  2. You don't say which software version you're actually running 
  3. Turn-by-turn help (for a Karoo 2) is here: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/articles/360051739854-Turn-by-Turn-Directions-Settings

  In order for Hammerhead to help you, it's generally more beneficial to you to provide them more information, rather than just claim that a particular software update (which one?) sucks.

  Steve, i am using the last firmware on my karoo 1. Today i had exactly the same crash. Storage is full free storage. At that moment i can press storage or cancel. When i press storage i get a screen wich state that it is realy full strange because i only installed the maps of the Netherlands. For your info my ride was Just 2 hours
