Are profiles etc stored in the cloud?

    Hi David,

    Pretty much everything is stored in the cloud, including your profile and associated data fields.

    You will need to manually re-pair all of your sensors and your phone (note that you may need to delete the pairing from your phone before attempting to re-pair with the Karoo 2) and change a few other settings (12h/24h time, etc...) manually but you should find that pretty much everything gets pulled down from the cloud as soon as the Karoo 2 comes back up after a factory reset. Even offline maps will start to download automatically based on what you have installed now.
