Stages LR (dual) cadence data stops transmitting

Didn't see a specific post about this already so thought I'd go for it...

Since the update a week or so ago the CADENCE data from my Stages LR (dual) power meter has been dropping in and out over the course of my rides. See the below images for evidence and on my head unit mid-ride this manifests as no cadence data being shown on screen.

I never had this kind of problem until the recent update and it:

- is only the cadence data that stops transmitting, no issues with power (coming from the same Stages device) or heart rate;

- it seems to fade in and out after i take a break from riding mid-activity - you can see this in the screenshots below

I am happy to provide more information / raise a support ticket if necessary, just wanted the Hammerhead support team to be aware of this.

For what it's worth, I got my Karoo 2 a couple of months ago and have been broadly very happy; it is the envy of my Garmin & Wahoo head unit cycling buddies!

  I also have this problem (left side only crank).

  Same issue 4iiii single sided.

  Power meter ok cadence drop no long stops.

  Also getting cadence spikes as below was all ok until last two updates wish you guys would just roll back.

  I have the same issue.  Stages L/R (dual) power meter.  Last 2 rides, the cadence stops registering in the middle of the ride.  It later comes back.  The other power meter metrics - L/R power, pedal smoothness and torque effectiveness continue to register.  Pictures of the data attached simplified showing power and cadence only.

  Hey all,

  The software team is working hard to improve the sensor reliability & these issues will be resolved very soon. This is a known bug that is set to be fixed in one of our upcoming releases. If you find this to be a recurring issue & not a one-off, please raise a support ticket & we would love to investigate further.

  I will open a ticket as this has occurred in 3 of the my last 4 rides. As set forth above, the sensor (which is ANT+ in my case) stays connected and transmitting data (as power, smoothness and torque continue to be read), but the cadence data is dropped.

  I’m also now having this same issue, was fine before update, not only finds power meter and not detecting my cadence, stages left crank power meter

  The update did not fix the problem. Here’s my data from yesterday with just power and cadence shown. Note the cadence stops registering about 38 minutes in.
