    Hello Marco,

    I am sorry you experienced that. We have had reports of failed calibrations as of late, but I have not seen issues coupled with the whole device freezing up. 

    My first recommendation would have been a hard reset. As you have already done that, please let us know if you are still experiencing an issue with the device locking up (support@hammerhead.io). In the event that the calibration fails, but the device is not locked up, we recommend attempting the calibration again.

    We are aware of the failed calibrations and we hope to release a fix in an upcoming update. Sorry for the inconvenience
