Cadence lost

Hi guys 

Still losing connection to power meter if i stop although seem to have stopped losing ride data, power meter will come back on eventually. Problem now is cadence it drops recording for middle of ride every time.

Also max cadence I'm not Superman!

Power stays though which is strange as both coming from my 4iiiii

 

Could I please be given an ETA on fix for this as like a fool I talked my wife into getting K2 and we both getting same issues.

If I received units like this would have returned under trial period but both were fine before 

Karoo Software Build Version 1.198.1007.3

 

I joined the K2 community expecting flaws as this is an evolving head unit but your testing of firmware seriously needs improving before release. I'm recording all activity's on my watch as now have NO faith in this unit, I just don't understand why you don't roll back to

Karoo Software Build Version 1.189.994

2 very unhappy Karoo 2 users.....

 

P.S 

Have factory reset units and fiddled with ant+ order

  I have the same issue with the cadence sensor dropping if I've stopped peddling for a while e.g. sessioning a downhill section. I find that disconnecting all sensors and reconnecting is the only way to get them back.

  Its odd though literally stopped recording for nearly 10 miles of the ride, Head unit still shows real time Cadence while riding.

  Do we now not respond to faulty sensor complaints. Again more firmware updates adding more issues I bet. For the love of God let us rollback to more stable firmware or refund us out of the 30 day trial. This is now a joke like I've said have 2 of these expensive paperweights

  Hey All,

  We can understand the frustration here and we have received similar reports around this concern where the cadence goes missing while being captured from power meters, Our team is currently working on resolving this bug and you can expect a fix to come out very soon in the next few releases :)
