Return to Home Screen while in ride

Does anyone know if it is possible to return to the Home Screen during a ride to play with your settings?

I accidentally disabled my Garmin Varia radar prior to the ride and noticed that it wasn't on during the ride and wanted to re-enable it.  The pull down from the top only lets you toggle enabled sensors on and off, but not disabled.  I also tried to look in the quick actions menu by simultaneously clicking the two physical buttons, but the home screen wasn't an option.

  A long press of button D (lower right) will bring up the Home Screen.
