Unable to switch sensor to different bike
AnsweredFollowing the most recent (2) updates, my Karoo 1 does not allow me to see average speed nor will it unpair from one of my 3 bikes that are available. I want to switch to a different bike but it won't let me. The screen frequently goes black entirely or it freezes and eventually says things like "Sensors is not responding. Do you want to wait or cancel/end?" Regardless of which option I choose, it does not allow me to disable the current bike pairing or switch to another one. I am very frustrated!

Sorry to hear you are having this issue!
It sounds like you may have a corrupt log or file in your sensor profiles causing crashes and errors. I recommend performing a hard reset - that will clear error logs and corrupt files. After you do it, you will have to connect to wifi and log in to your Hammerhead account from the Karoo - it will download your maps, profiles, settings, and data automatically. You will just need to pair sensors again after that.
