Cadence and Speed and Distance not recording on Karoo 2

Kinda frustrating when I finished the ride I have nothing recorded. No mileage, no speed. The navigation is great.How come Strava and Gramin will give me a speed and distance even I do not have any sensor connected. Does Karoo not automatically calculate speed and distance based on the satelite? Just wanted to know how to best solve this problem next. Thanks! Sill love the KAroo :)

  I apologize that you went for a ride without being able to receive any data! That definitely isn't what we want your Karoo 2 experience to be like 😊
  
  The Karoo 2 has a built-in GPS that will record speed based on GPS location, so I'm not sure why it did not record for you. I will reach out to you so that we can solve this problem!
