What brand are your cadence sensors? Do you connect them with Ant+ or Bluetooth?

I use a cheap Magene Ant+ cadence sensor. No connection problems since the last updates.

Hey Akhil.  This problem still persists after the latest firmware update that came out last week.  During my ride yesterday it took about 15 minutes for cadence readings to show up on our K2s.  Then later after pausing a ride the cadence reading disappears again on one of the K2s. Thank you for your attention on this issue.

I have done three rides with my new Karoo 2. Ride 2 and 3 I had to go to settings and push the sensor settings to get connection with my Garmin cadence sensor. HRM and speed sensor stay connected.
    Explanation? Solution?

Joel, have you downloaded the latest firmware update? I believe the connectivity problem was fixed like three updates ago.  I have two K2s and both cadence readings have been working since then.

Yes. Latest update installed. Once connected there is no problem, but for now I have to reconnect manually to get cadence working.

Joel have you done full factory reset.
Only takes 5 minutes and for me have no issues any more since getting into doing this regularly.

Without reset I think you can get left over corrupt data.

    Haven’t done it.
But will leave it for now. Wait and see if it persists.
    Thanks for the help.

Hey Joel, Nigel's suggestion is a good one.  I don't think there's any downside to a factory resent because all your settings and ride data are saved on the server and will be repopulated when you reboot. Otherwise the obsolete or outdated data left in the cache could corrupt K2's operation.

We should not have to factory reset manually.  I asked HH many moons ago if the downloading of a software automatically clears old data from the cache.  Apparently not.
