Touchscreen not responding during ride with K2
Answered(I have to post this again, since my previous post is labelled "answered", but the problem remains)
Since I started using my K2, scrolling or zooming the map doesn't work as it should: when I try to scroll the map during a ride, it simply does not move. Also, zooming by double-tapping does not work. Using the hardware buttons works fine. For example, holding the lower right button brings me to the cards-screen, but tapping the "home" button on the screen does nothing... It seems like the device is unable to process the touch requests, because mostly it doesn't work but sometimes (about 1 time in 10-15), is eventually does move as it should. Obviously, this is extremely annoying when trying to look ahead or when adjusting the route on the way.
It doesn't seem to be a problem with the screen, because it works perfectly when I do the same thing at home. At home, there's no lag and the map reacts immediately. It just happens during a ride, even when I stop for a minute.
Did anyone experience this problem? Could it be a software problem? (I did download and install all available updates). I tried installing a new profile, but this doesn't solve the problem.
