  Hello,

  Thanks again for writing to us. Can you please toggle "units" to "metric" followed by logging out & logging back into your Dashboard account? Once you've successfully logged back into your account, please check the "units" is set to "metric" & test this once more using the Live Track feature. Please let us know if this has resolved the issue.
