Frozen map display
AnsweredHi, today my first ride with the new firmware. 1) No arrows on route which show the direction
2) Map doesn't move during ride.I had to this by hand during the ride.
3) Map didn't rotate to riding direction.
Tried all buttons, nothing helped. Anyone same experience? What to do, besides hard reset.
Battery drain with light display setting is around 13% per hour, was with dark display 8% per hour.

Apologies for the issues you have experienced! I'd be happy to assist you here.
Just to confirm, was the Built-In GPS enabled during this activity? Also, were you able to remove & re-apply the route to correct either of these issues?
When referring to the arrows, were you zoomed in enough on the route to display the yellow arrows along the yellow route line? After toggling the lock icon, did you then tap on the "Arrow" icon to enable North-up orientation & return to your current location?
Internal tests, testing from our user testing group, and much of the feedback we have received from the community reflect that battery consumption is more or less unaffected by light mode or by this update. However, if you are experiencing higher than normal drain rates, you may log a ticket with our support team & one of our associates would be happy to look into this further! Please be sure to share the device serial number as well as a few .fit files prior to this update & after of course.
