    Yikes!

Hopefully you hear back from support today. They have been relatively prompt and usually respond the same day.

I agree but not this time. I've now sent THREE emails over two days, and not a peep. This is simply killer!

    Hey Mark,

Thank you for posting here & bringing this to our notice! We do apologize for not getting back to you sooner on the ticket, Our support team member Abhishek will be reaching back to you shortly.

In the meantime, it would be very helpful for Abhishek if you could share the FIT file of the ride where you had a very low battery Performance. We shall be sure to sort it out for you :)

    Hey Akhil,

Thanks for answering. I am getting somewhat panicky! There is no FIT file of the ride "where I had very low battery performance", because as stated, the battery drained from 35% to nothing within 2 1/2 hours and the device shut itself down. Afterwards, I threw the ride away, not realizing that this was probably a FW problem and it might be useful.

In any case, as stated the device won't charge properly! As stated, I tried charging it overnight and it went from 82% capacity to 69% the next morning!
