Greyed Out Routes
AnsweredI have downloaded the entire US maps onto my Karoo2. However, I have noticed that every time I download a route it shows up in the list in grey and after a minute (more or less) it turns to normal. Is there some processing that happens after the route is downloaded but before it is ready to use? If not, they why are the routes showing up as grey at first?

Hey David,
Seems like there is a delay in the sync between the Karoo & the dashboard. Please log out of your hammerhead account on the Karoo and log back in. This should resolve the concern.
