    Maybe hard reset? I seems to be needed after each new firmware update.

    How could a hard reset be helpful when a disconnect and reconnect to the Strava account would not solve this issue?
    After disconnecting the Strava account the live segment list on the Karoo was empty. And after reconnecting, the same incomplete list of segments appeared again.
    Others had the same problem, did a hard reset and that did not solve the problem. So it seems to be an issue in the Karoo software...

    Hey Frank,

    Thank you for bringing this out here! seems like we might have to refresh the sync between the unit and Strava, Could you please go ahead and disconnect Strava on your dashboard & ensure to reauthorize the Dashboard onto Strava once more? 

    You should be asked to sign into Strava when you connect it back onto the Dashbaord. Do also note that Segments with Grade >-0/25% will not sync onto the Karoo.

    Thank Akhil for your suggenstions, but I've already done this and it did not help. I first disconnected Strava from the Hammerhead Dashboard, then also revoked access from Hammerhead from the "My Apps" page in my Strava settings.
    Result: all live segments were gone from the Karoo 2.
    After reconnecting Strava in the Hammerhead Dashboard Strava asked to grant access again and live segments appeared again on the Karoo 2. However, it were still only about half of my starred live segments that should sync.
    I have done this whole process twice now without success.

    I've checked all of my starred segments in Strava, 368 are Ride segments for which I can set a goal.
    As I understand it these should sync. But I only see about 150 on the Karoo 2.
