Importing Garmin Connect Route

I am not sure if I’m doing something wrong, forgot how to upload or there is an issue, but I can’t import Garmin Connect created routes.  For example:

I used to be able import.   Help and advice is sincerely appreciated

  Hi Thomas, Due to some of their restriction and changes that affected us, we had to remove the Garmin connect integration from the Dashboard early last year. Now you can only import it as a GPX file downloaded from the Connect account.
