    Hey All,

Could you please attempt to unpair your sensors and pair the Di2/Radar as the first sensor with the Karoo before you wake any of the other sensors up for pairing? This will avoid the noise/interference in the signals from the other sensors and should result in a stronger connection!

In specific with the Di2 the positioning of the wireless module on the bike would play a major role in the strength of the connection, We have seen a few cases where the wireless module was mounted in the seat post which resulted in a patchy connection with the Karoo.

If the issue still persists please do submit a ticket to us so we can look into it further :)

My wireless module is 5 cm below the Karoo and even then it takes a lot of time before the Di2 connection is made. Much longer then before the last firmware update.

My head unit is about 10 - 15 cm away from the Di2 transmitter ... Regardless of this, it is of course difficult in real life to activate the heart rate monitor, which you usually put on before fetching your bike, at the end. The same applies to the power meter, as it usually wakes up when you push your bike, etc. But anyway, I managed to connect the Di2 today before I set off and everything was fine sensor-wise on the road.

I have  trouble "connecting" the Di2 every time I power up the Karoo. By some combination of enable/disable the Di2 sensor and/or turning off and on all the Sensors I get it to connect (eventually).  There seems to be no straight forward way to have the Di2 connect. My Wireless module is a few centimentrs away from the Karoo.

I have gone on many rides where I have to basically retstrat the Karoo before it eventually connects to the Di2. Once connected it stays connected.

@vicbrincat I know bugs manifest themselves differently for everyone. But for me it helped to wake up the Di2 and just wait a while. It takes a little longer (longer than the other sensors - power is slow as well) but right now the Karoo finds my Di2 without me having to constantly switch something off and on again.

Thanks for the quick response Marco.

What exactly do you do to "wake up" the Di2?

I try  clicking the buttons on the shifter hoods to bring the Di2 to life...but no success.

Hi Vic, yes that's exactly what I do. (Sometimes I just trigger the front shifter in the direction of the ring the chain is on).
