factory reset without using buttons

my karoo2 will not boot after the recent update and a charge last evening.  the buttons are totally non-responsive so cannot factory reset using them.  is there a way to reset the device other than using the physical buttons?

  Hi James,

  I don't believe there is another means of performing a factory reset without using any of the buttons.

  If you're sure the battery is charged and the unit will still not turn on, then I recommend you "Submit a request" so that the folks at Hammerhead can help you.
