    Sounds like you need help from the team at Hammerhead. Suggest you "Submit a request" and take it from there.

    A few comments:

    1. You should only need to do a software update every two weeks, which is the frequency that Hammerhead releases new updates
    2. You might want to try creating a new profile and deleting the old one; it's possible your profile is causing these problems
    3. Ensure you have the correct maps downloaded for the region in which you ride

    Maybe give those things a try. My Karoo has been very stable the last few months so I am a little surprised to read your experience, unless the issues you're experiencing are entirely hardware related.

    As an addition to Steve's suggestions, instead of "throwing it in the bin" you should consider sending it back to Hammerhead, assuming you're still within the 45 days.

    I have replied to the ticket you logged with support. It sounds like you may have a corrupt profile.

    I am having the same issue as Andy. Stuck on "Preparing Route" since I created my own profile. No tbt or distance to next turn. I have submitted a ticket. Will try to delete it and report back.

    @Jami and @Andy, I have deleted all my profiles and restarted the Karoo, still stuck on preparing ride. Could you please share your step by step troubleshooting for this? Did it work for you, Andy?
