Elevations on dashboard

I would like to know why when I import a new route, it appears with twice the elevation?

  yep altitude is ridiculously off, e.g. whenever I load routes from komoot, it sort of doubles the elevation. Why is this so hard to fix that this dumb bug is still around - no solution for months now :-(

  Hey Bruno,

  Thank you for posting, Our software team addressed on-device ascent and elevation data a few updates back and that has been much better since. We are aware of the ascent discrepancies on Dashboard routes and hope to correct that in a future update as well. 

  Our current focus is on improving the reliability and optimizing the software on the Karoo. We will be sure to bring this to our product team's attention during our next discussion. Thank you for your patience :)
