    There was a server outage. It has been fixed but you might have to login to your Hammerhead account again via your Karoo 2. I would suggest checking this.

    I had the same problem.  The ride is on my Karoo Device but is not uploading to the Dashboard. This happened on July 4th so it does not appear that the problem is fixed.

    Same issue, can see ride on K2 but it will not upload to dashboard. I created another route to verify K2 will communicate with dashboard and K2 did upload new route. Still dashboard will not upload last ride.

    Yes had the same problem yesterday. I accidentally turned off the K2, the ride was recovered but I could not sync the ride. The only way was to copy the file from the K2 any manually upload it to strava. This is not acceptable

    Same issue from a ride on August 2. There were 2 rides to upload (7/31 & 8/2). Both show on K2. But only the 7/31 is uploading so. I sync to either the Hammerhead Dashboard or Strava. Overall, I find the upload / sync process to be overly onerous. I need to log into dashboard constantly, login to Wi-Fi each time and more. Is there any good reason why these things aren’t automatic?

    Well, it’s August 29th and I am having the same problem so it clearly hasn’t been solved. Today’s ride is on my Karoo but does not show up on my dashboard or in Strava despite numerous attempts to upload it. I’m beginning to get a little fed up with all the glitches I have experienced with my Karoo. Can anyone tell me how to get this ride into Strava if it doesn’t even upload to my dashboard?

    When I had that it issue it was because the GPS sensor had somehow been turned off after a firmware update. A one time thing.

    Nope, not in my case. The GPS sensor is fully enabled and the ride was recorded. It shows on my list of rides on my Karoo but will not upload.

    Problem solved. My Karoo decided to log me out of my account for some reason. Entered my password and the ride uploaded immediately. Why this happened, I have no idea.
