Rides no longer uploading quickly if at all....
AnsweredAnybody else struggling to get their rides to upload to dashboard and hence Training Peaks etc?
Until the outage at the weekend, everything was uploading fast and zero effort from me. Now nothing uploads first time and I have to constantly keep trying to uploads a ride after finishing.
Anybody else got issues?

@John: We understand that you are facing a sort of sync issue between the Karoo 2 and the Dashboard.
Could you log out from the Hammerhead account on your Karoo 2 and from the Dashboard and login back in? Please check if the Rides are syncing to the Dashboard or not. If the issue still persists, please log in to the Dashboard from a different browser or Incognito mode and see if that helps. -
Hi All, thanks for helping out. Apologies I fixed my issue a few days ago.
I simply reentered my login details in Karoo 2 and it all started playing nicely again. As rides were not uploading to Dashboard but I could link via Dashboard to Training Peaks, I guessed it was a login failure from the Karoo. No idea why it dropped out but regardless I am back up with zero issues.Hari Krishnan - may I suggest that if a device fails to login in then the Karoo actually gives an error message instead of just appearing to sync and zero feedback to the user.
