My Hammerhead K2 seems to get easily confused on routes and wants to re route even though I'm on the correct route. Can I change any setting to improve this please?

  More details? Road? Gravel? Trails? Did you create the route yourself? Lots of turns?

  I have the opposite experience. Karoo works better than my Garmin.

  Hey Barry,

  You might not have got a solid GPS fix as you start your ride, Could you please try to toggle the location off and toggle it back on when you face this? This can occur based on the region where you might be riding it ie wooded areas, high-rise buildings around, valleys, etc.

  I would urge you to submit a request with us if you continue to face this, Do share a GPX and the FIt file of the ride along with us so we can assist you better :)

  I experienced the same thing on a ride yesterday (using latest build version "1.271.1157"). On previous rides the re-routing use to work fine, but yesterday it kept re-routing. On purpose I did take a different route the first couple of kilometers, where the re-routing suggestions made sense. But it kept make new routes once I got to the "yellow path" on the map.

  The only difference I can think of, compared to previous rides, is that this route was made from a previous Activity using the dashboard.hammerhead.io. That is the first time I used that feature, as I normally find my routes through Strava. But I'm not sure if that has anything to do with the issue.
  
  Here is just one example where I stopped an took a picture of the re-route suggestion, although I was on the route already.
