Issue importing to Strava after CLIMBER update to Karoo2

    Hi Bruce, Sorry for the trouble caused.  It seems that the particular Ride got corrupted. Just to clarify, did the unit shut down mid-ride due to battery depletion or any other reason? This is one possible cause for this issue to happen.

    Could you try recovering the FIT file of the Ride by connecting your Karoo 2 to PC?

    I tried downloading the FIT file and it fails to upload. I get the error message in Strava "The upload appears to be malformed and we are unable to process it."

    I  downloaded the FIT file from the dashboard and from the device and get the same error message

    @Bruce: I have created a support ticket requesting for that FIT file and I request you follow up on the ticket with the affected FIT file. I am happy to give an attempt to repair this corrupted FIT file.
