Issue importing to Strava after CLIMBER update to Karoo2

For some reason my ride today will not upload to STRAVA. I also do not see a FIT file for today on my Karoo2 but the ride shows up on the device. When I download the ride from the dashboard and try to import into STRAVA it fails. When I try to sync from the Dashboard to STRAVA it fails. HELP!!!!!

Hi Bruce, Sorry for the trouble caused. It seems that the particular Ride got corrupted. Just to clarify, did the unit shut down mid-ride due to battery depletion or any other reason? This is one possible cause for this issue to happen.
Could you try recovering the FIT file of the Ride by connecting your Karoo 2 to PC?
