Routes don't load - always saying preparing route
CompletedEvery route that I load doesn't load properly. I see the map and can follow the route but the tab is always just showing "preparing route". Turn by turn doesn't work, hill detection doesn't work. Has anyone hot any idea what to do? I am thinking of sending my Karoo 2 back.

Hi Neil, Thanks for agreeing. Could you also respond to us over the email on ticket so we can book the call with you? Also, please let us know there if you were using an indoor profile that by default turns off the location services for Turn by turn and Climber to work. Also, if the route was more than 500km long.

Impossible. I just got back from the bike, I did over 30km. No problem with GPS coverage. The problem is the feature navigation or climbing. Nothing but follow route works. I've tried imported routes from komoot, strava... Even device-level routing. It always hangs on preparing route

Here is the workaround I found.
I downloaded the file, uploaded to https://dynamic.watch/users/sign_in and then downloaded the file from their site. I then uploaded to device and it works.
Yes, it's a pain, but at least it works.
