Gears information - searching during rides

My Karoo 2 seems to be losing the gears' information regularly during a ride. Continually searching for the gears, batteries in the front and rear derailleur are good, and I can change gears. Anyone else seen this.

I have SRAM AXS Etap

  Hey John,

  Thanks for posting! We have received your ticket regarding the same concern as well. I have followed up with further queries on the ticket and I am waiting for your response!

  For anyone else referring to this post, the issue may resolve if you attempt to remove the shifter from the sensor list and add it once more to the karoo 2. As a prerequisite do ensure that your AXS shifter is on the latest firmware version.
