    plug it in and leave it to charge and try powering it on when its been charging for a while.

    Sorry to hear about the issue with your Karoo 2. Let me suggest steps to trickle charge your Karoo 2 to resolve this for you. Here are the steps:

    Trickle Charge Steps (providing a small inflow of current to ensure the battery starts accumulating the charge):

    • Plug in the charger to the unit
    • Leave for a couple of minutes
    • Press the power ON button (button B)
    • You will be able to see the charging animation on the screen
    • Check that there is no foreign material or moisture inside the USB-C port on the device
    • Ensure that the unit and charging cable do not heat up after being plugged in for 30 seconds
    • Check whether pressing the power button shows charging animation after 10 minutes. If not check after an hour

    If the above workaround fails, kindly write to us at support@hammerhead.io with your observation and the video of the issue. Also, we would require you to share the picture of the charging adapter with the specifications and the cable used while charging.

    I will watch out for you to share your findings.
