I replied to your ticket but wanted to include the message here in case someone else finds your question while searching the forums.
---OutdoorActive uses some formatting that is not compatible with the Dashboard so it fails. We support most formats, but there are a few such as this that we do not. The below steps will work for OutdoorActive routes as well as most others that you may come across that will not upload directly to the Dashboard.
You are able to use the routes from OutdoorActive by uploading them to another service and then syncing them to the Dashboard. I was able to upload the GPX from OutdoorActive to Suunto using my smartphone. Other services like Komoot, Ride With GPS, and Strava would work as well if you upload the route there first. I downloaded the GPX from OutdoorActive and then used these instructions (Android and iOS) to upload the GPX to Suunto. Once it was uploaded to Suunto, it was imported into my Dashboard and synced to my Karoo 2.
