Hammerhead resuming ride after power off error loop
I recently updated my Hammerhead 2 to the latest software update. Strangely, when I started my ride I noticed it was taking me through the tutorial again and had to complete the tutorial before starting my ride.
After a few hours, I stopped off at the shop, turned my hammerhead off (intending to resume the ride after powering it back on).
When I got going again, I powered the hammerhead back on. It asked me to resume the ride, I pressed resume, but then it kept displaying a message saying "Your ride keeps stopping" with two options saying something like:
- "Re-open app"
- "Close"
Both options lead me in a loop, with the same message appearing again after a few seconds.
Then, I powered it down, turned it back on and my ride was lost. This happened two more times, and I ended up finishing my 80 mile ride with nothing recorded.
