Maps not showing after factory reset. Downloaded, and 4G connected.

I did a factory reset, and now my maps aren't showing. Deleted the downloaded maps, and logged out, logged back in. Re-downloaded the maps. 4G is connected so maps should show anyway. Please advise what I can do.

  Hi Steven, after the download are you testing it inside a building or outside? Please can you confirm if you have the GPS signal on the Karoo 2?

  I have gps signal. I see the gpx route as well and it indicates streets and directions (the yellow popup at the bottom) correctly.
  The only thing I can't see is the map itself. It's just gray.

  Steven, I have created a ticket on your behalf, could you please share the Serial number of your Karoo 2 as well as the GPX file of this route?
