Climber not being triggered

This is a test ride with K2 in my neighborhood called "Forest Hill" and in this short test it has 10% grade hill in the end but Karoo 2 didn't recognize and CLIMBER is not showing up. 

What kind of hill it will be recognized? Does it have to be a mountain? Will it recognize the bridge that are very steep to climb?
