Wrong Power (Watt)

Hi, my friend and myself have the problem that the normal watt (power) shows on the hammerhead is way to hight, about 100 watt to high. i have a karoo2 and Garmin Rally RS200. i replaced the Garmin Rally already 3 times (always blamed them), new battery etc. and now i got the newst version and still the same issue. my friend recently bought a karoo2 and has the same issue (he doesnt have Garmin Rally). i guess the problem is the karoo2. is there anything else beside connect Karoo and Garmin i have to do or why is there such a huge difference for the power?

  Stefan, this is not a known issue so we would like to investigate this further. If possible please send the comparison FIT files to us over the ticket I created on this post. Please also confirm if you have tried to calibrate the Power meter from the Karoo 2.
