Unable to connect by WLAN to AP from Unifi

I have installed a new AP. I wanted to connect the Karoo2 to the new Wifi.

I get: "Obtaining IP Address" and after some minutes "IP Configuration Failure".

Karoo2 is up to date. I deleted the old SSID and tried to connect to the new Wifi. same.

If I connect to the old Wifi back it works fine.

Any idea?

  Hi Urs, looking at some of the infromation available online 

  In many cases, this error is due to the following factors:

  1. Poor Wi-Fi signal. Reduce the distance between your device and the router if this is the case.;
  2. The encryption technique you've selected doesn't work correctly on your device.
  3. Enabled MAC filtering. It's conceivable that your address isn't in the list of whitelisted addresses.

  Please check these settings on your router and try again.
