Is that notification from the same Power meter? And could you please confirm the Power meter is connected on your Karoo 2? If so, can you try to remove the power meter and connect again and see if that fixes the problem. I am trying to isolate this issue further.

Thank you @Ali, of course it is from the same Power meter (I do actually own 3 Power meter devices on 3 different bikes, but I renamed them all to easily see which one is it ... and I am riding outdoors alone so no other power meters can be a cause).

And of course it is connected - as I have written, everything is working perfectly with displaying my watts, that is all very fine and accurate, it is just the annoying message ... the axs system should have the latest firmware (checked a few days ago), the karoo2 as well is up to date.

Not riding today, so can check reconneting tomorrow.

Thank you for the details. Can you check if the sensor name (custom or default name) appears on the sensor low battery notification? And please let me know if it matches the one you are riding with or is it from another bike.

It should look something like the last image on this article: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/articles/360051593914-Karoo-2-Sensors-Details-

I have 2 groups of TyreWiz on 2 bikes, and they also have a similar annoying bug. Every so often I get the red pressure loss alert. And instantly looking at the state of pressures both wheels are perfect. I already opened an incident about this annoying bug, you answered me that they had found the cause and it would be fixed, but it's been months and the annoying bug is there every time I go out.

I don't understand how with SRAM products there isn't greater attention to detail

Hi @Ali, sorry for delayed answer - not much riding on that bike due to weather.

But I have to change my bug report: I did change the battery of the AXS Power meter and the message did not appear anymore during todays ride!

So the bug is: in Sensors App of the Karoo 2 the state of the battery was shown as more than half full despite being almost empty.

Thanks for writing back. We have identified the improvement opportunities in the threshold value based on sensor type, and will be working on this for a better behavior during the ride. We will keep you posted once this is ready to be released.
