Button "C" top right working without touching it

Hi everyone, I've a problem with the button "C" ( top right) it "works" when I don't press it, this happens only while I'm riding (vibration or movement) because if I'm firm doesn't happen at all. I try an hard reset but it seems to be a physical problems, anyone else does have similar problem? Is there any workaround?
