Able to import a .fit file into history yet?

I finished a ride today and accidently hit delete instead of save.  I was able to recover the fit with a post from here, but although I've added the ride to strava, I'd like to get the ride to show up in the karoo 2 history.  I saw a post from 3 years ago saying importing .fit files wasn't supported yet, wondering if that's changed and there's a way to re-add the history now?
