Hey Mik. I am not sure if you have already received your Karoo 2 as an initial shipment which has already been shipped. If yes, don't worry, we do have plans to ship Jersey at a 75% discount to all our initial pre-order customers. However, I can not commit to the exact timeframe as to when we will ship but certainly will ship the Jerseys.
Besides, if you have completed your final order and you have missed adding Jersey with the discount, I can certainly help you with the invoice for Jersey at a discounted price. Kindly send us an email with the final order number to our official email address support@hammerhead.io. We will assist you there.

Thank you! I did not receive my unit yet. In the Shop app it does not show that it was sent out yet. I will email you guys with my order details in order to get the jersey.
If the jersey does not fit right, may we exchange it for a different size?
One last question. About how long after purchase can I expect the unit?

To answers your questions:
1. Yes, you can exchange for the size mismatch. However, there are certain terms and conditions to abide by like - Jersey needs to be returned unused, with the original packaging and labels still attached. You can write to us at support@hammerhead.io and we would certainly help you with an exchange.
2. As soon as you make the final purchase and the order gets successful, we will ship your unit within two weeks. You will receive a separate email with the tracking information. Delivery of the unit is dependent on the location.
