Karoo 1 Trade-in program still good?

I was wondering if anyone had heard if the Karoo 1 Trade-in program was still active for the Karoo 2 orders?  It is still a pre-order, so I'm thinking that it is, but I haven't seen anything that explicitly says so.  I looked in the history here and didn't see anything, but maybe I missed it.

  Hi Chris,

  Karoo trade in is for all the pre-orders and this includes the pre-order gift card.

  We have attached a form that you can fill in all the details and we will directly ship you a return label.

  I was wondering about this as well. As far as I know I signed up to participate in the trade in program but I have received no instructions about how to return the Karoo 1.

  Hi Team,

  If I follow your trade-in-program link am I requested to log in to my Google account?! ...I do not have one, so how do I get access to the form?

  Harry's right. Can you adjust the Google Form so the respondent doesn't have to be logged in please? Thanks!

  Hi Harry and David, Thanks for your thoughts, we looked into this. But we had to restrict the respondent to 1 entry only - which can be controlled only if we allow sign in. Or else it will complicate the processing and refunds at the back-end. I understand this could be done better, and we will surely improve it when the time allows us. You can use any one's google account to fill in your order details, if you do not wish to create one yourself.

  Hi Ali,  I completed my Karoo 1 return request for credit but still have not seen any confirmation for shipping it back or packaging details.  Will this be emailed to me or did I miss something?

  Hi Paul, yes, we will email you the return label. I see you filled the details on 23rd Jan. As mentioned on the trade-in form 'Once you submit your details, you will receive an email with a Return Label and Instructions in 2 - 3 weeks.'
