How Recording Karoo 2 screen for use in youtube vidéo ?

Hello, do you know how to record the Karoo 2 screen like in this video? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YfSpITTnkh0
I suppose you have to install an APK of the AZ screen Recorder style? I wouldn't want my Karoo in case of error. If anyone could do a tutorial that would be great.
