Hey, my computer became loose and then fell off at speed tonight. It’s working but obviously falling off at 40 km/h is not good. How can you help me? Thanks

  Hi Paul, I have created a support ticket on your behalf to sort this out. Could you please send us the device serial number and pictures of your Karoo 2 from all angles? Also, let us know the mount you were using and then events of the fall, so our Hardware experts can understand the failing point.
