    Steve, if you contact Hammerhead Support with your question, you will get a much quicker response, usually in 24 hours or less.

    @Steve: Sorry to hear that you are still seeing duplicate Home POIs on the Routes. Since this is a community forum, we suggest you write to support@hammerhead.io for immediate responses to your queries.

    Could you please try the following steps and see if that resolves the issue or not? Let me know if you have already tried these

    • Delete your Home address on the Dashboard under "My accounts"
    • Click on save changes
    • Refresh the Dashboard page
    • Enter your Home address again under "My accounts"
    • Please check if it is still showing duplicate Home POIs or not.

      Based on the outcome, we can look further into the issue.

      May I know if your have already checked your spam and Promotional email folders for the release emails?

    Hi Hari. It took me 4 attempts to delete my address, but it finally worked. I now only have the one (correct) home address showing on my routes.

    With regard to not receiving the e-mails, I receive your regular Hammerhead advertisements about general stuff, such as people doing long gravel rides, but I haven't received any of the e-mails for the updates since February! I always check my spam folder and I used to received the e-mails, but not for 3 months!

    @Steve: Glad to hear that the issue with duplicate Home POIs has been sorted now.

    We have removed and added your email address to the list this time. There will be a software update on this Thursday as per schedule. Could you please let us know if you are getting the release email after the Thursday's release?
