My current location incorrect for 7 miles

Hello, 

I just bought Karoo 2 and installed an update to version 2.9.3 and my build number is 1.383.1499.12. My location is the Czech Republic. Or I should buy an ANT+ sensor for that?

Bellow shows the sensor stage there no nothing about GPS.
