Karoo2 Blank screen, can't turn off or hard reset
Turned karoo2 on this morning and only got a blackish blank screen. Can't power down/no buttons work. There was an update last night - perhaps this is the problem? I've signed out of my dashboard but don't know where to go from here as it's frozen. Any advice appreciated, this is so frustrating. Thanks!

Thanks for your note. No change to the display when plugged in. Before it went blank it was over 80% charged. At this point it continues to sit on, with the dark (partially lit) screen. Sometimes I believe I can turn it off - by pressing the lower left button the. The area of the screen that usually displays "turn off" in red, as the screen does go fully dark as when it's off. When I try a hard reset from there, the dark (partially lit) screen comes back and blinks intermittently. But nothing else happens (hard reset is not achieved as far as I can tell - screen never even fully lights up).

No suggestions worked for me and they indicated it may be the lead/plug I was using for charging but that was a stab in the dark I think. I did have a nasty crash but the unit was undamaged so who knows!! Mine was just out of warranty so they kindly gave me a new unit under the crash replacement scheme for a discounted price. I was happy enough as I do really like my HH.
